Our Story

We started in 2018 building telecom and VoIP systems, the kind where a dropped call or a mis-routed number is not a bug ticket but a lost customer. Carrier-grade software teaches you fast: uptime is a promise, latency is measured in milliseconds, and there is no room for hand-waving. That discipline became our default. As clients asked for more, we grew into full-stack product work across recruitment, healthcare, finance, and SaaS, and kept the same rule we learned on the phones. Ship it clean, or don't ship it.

Then in 2023 we made a bet that a lot of agencies were too cautious to make. LLM coding agents were clearly going to change how software gets built, so we rebuilt how we work around them rather than bolting them on. Today Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot run on every project. Senior engineers own the architecture, the security model, and the review; the agents handle scaffolding, tests, and documentation, the work that used to eat the calendar. The result is not a compromise. It is 3× faster delivery, 80%+ automated test coverage from day one, under 1% post-release defects, and roughly 60% lower cost than an onshore UK or US team.
