How quickly can the team start?

Standard roles like Node.js, React, Python, and DevOps are usually staffed and embedded in your standups within 5 to 10 working days. Niche stacks such as FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, or computer vision can take up to 3 weeks because the bench is smaller.

Do we get a free trial?

Yes. We offer a 2 week free trial on the first engineer of any new engagement. If you are not satisfied with output or fit, you pay nothing and we part on good terms.

Who owns the IP and the accounts?

You do. Source code, infrastructure credentials, domain registrations, deployment accounts, and documentation all sit in your organisation from day one. Our engineers commit into your repositories under your branch protection rules.

How do you handle time zones?

Our team operates a flexible 8 hour day aligned to your timezone. UK clients typically get 12:30 to 20:30 IST overlap; US East Coast gets 17:30 to 01:30 IST; UAE gets near full overlap. Daily standup is at a time that suits your team, not ours.

Can we replace an engineer if it is not working out?

Yes, within 2 weeks of giving us written notice. The replacement engineer is briefed by the outgoing one, shadows for a few days, and picks up the same Jira sprint. There is no replacement fee.

Do engineers work only for us or are they shared?

Dedicated engineers work full time on your account. They attend your standups, follow your sprint cadence, and write code only on your repositories. They are not pooled across multiple clients.

What seniority levels are available?

Junior (2 to 3 yrs), Mid (4 to 6 yrs), Senior (7 to 10 yrs), and Lead/Principal (10+ yrs). Pricing scales with seniority. Most clients run a mix: one senior or lead anchoring a small team of mid level engineers.

What is the minimum commitment?
