By accessing or using the rginsys.com website and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services.
Our Services
RG INSYS LLP provides software development and consulting services, including but not limited to custom software development, legacy system redevelopment, VoIP solutions, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML integration. Our services are described in detail on our website. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are set out in individual project agreements.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client owns all deliverables produced specifically for their project, including source code, documentation, and custom-developed assets. RG INSYS LLP retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property, tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in the delivery of services.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the engagement. This includes business plans, technical specifications, data, and any other information designated as confidential. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RG INSYS LLP's liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
