Do you replace the engineer if it's not a fit?

Yes. The first 2 weeks are a free trial. If you decide not to continue, you pay nothing for the trial and we replace the engineer at no cost.

Who owns the diagrams, ADRs, and reports?

You do. All architecture artefacts are assigned to you on payment and lodged in your repository or knowledge base. We do not retain copies after handover.
